Handmade Decorative Wooden Memory-Keepsake Box

A Memory or Keepsake Box is a box used to store or display memorabilia - mementos, souvenirs, etc; as a reminder of a particular person, place, thing or time. Items found in a memory-keepsake box include photos & photo albums, letters or poems, dog tags & medals, cremation ashes, journals or diaries, awards & certificates, special jewelry items; or any token, trinket or treasure that brings back a special memory.

A wooden Memory-Keepsake box can have a hinged or lift-off lid and come in a variety sizes - or can be custom made for the particular items to be stored. Our standard types of wood are Oak, Maple, Ash, Walnut, Hickory and Cherry. Our handmade Memory-Keepsake box, like all of our decorative wooden boxes, have distinctive box-joint corners adding a unique decorative accent - when using the same or similar types of wood, these are subtle; but when using contrasting woods, the affect can be quite dramatic.

The handmade decorative wooden memory-keepsake box shown below is made of Cherry with wonderful color and grain. The angled sides (interior is perpendicular) accentuates the wood grain and the decorative box-joint corners are subtle but distinctive.
